To be the best, why not learn from the best? The Northstar Positional Advancement Academy offers a variety of position specific lacrosse clinics determined to achieve your personal goals at any level of play. 

We are dedicated to developing the lacrosse skills of every athlete through the highest quality of instruction. We strive to create well-rounded athletes with the ability to contribute to their teams offensively, defensively, and at the face-off x. 

Goalie Training (Boys and Girls)
For those that are serious about improving their goaltending skills, this small group clinic will teach balance, positioning and techniques for saving a variety of shots such as high, low, outside, bounce, and inside. Coach Rodgers will also cover the angle play, outlets, clearing, mental preparation and leadership/communication. We will have a variety of drills that build quickness, agility and hand speed. Focus on skill development.

The small size of these classes allows for a great deal of individual instruction for each goalie, as well as seeing a high volume of shots and drills to work on independently. 

Face-Off Training

The Northstar Positional Advancement Academy has partnered  with the nationally acclaimed Face-Off Academy to bring you the most elite level face-off training in the country. While physical skills are important, The Face-Off Academy recognizes that many times the mental game can be the difference between a good player and an elite player. Therefore, we place great emphasis on strengthening these skills.
